What does the research show?

Early human research on liposomal glutathione is encouraging. A small, one-month pilot study found that supplementation increased glutathione levels in blood and certain immune cells.

The study tested a different formulation and did not include a placebo group. Its findings support further research, rather than proving the same results for every liposomal glutathione product.
